A great story starts with a real problem.

Cosmasol was built by three founders — Dr. Bibilash Babu, Anand P S and Justin George — bringing together experience across aesthetic medicine, healthcare technology, enterprise software and AI.

The journey began with a real problem. While building his own practice, Dr. Bibilash experienced first-hand the operational challenges created by fragmented and outdated technology. Together, the founders set out to build a better way for aesthetic and plastic surgery practices to operate.

What started as a solution to real clinical needs evolved into a comprehensive practice management and EMR platform, refined over more than a decade across practices in APAC and the Middle East, and serving aesthetic practices in the US since 2024.

We’re now building AI directly into this proven platform to help practices create exceptional patient experiences, improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
